Technical GTM lead · Builder · Occasional blogger
Hi, I am Marc Sherwood.
I bridge complex engineering systems and commercial growth — DevTools, PLG, and open-source GTM by day. By night I write about AI, architecture, and the gap between what we ask for and what we actually want.
Fair warning: what I am paid to know and what I am curious about do not always line up. You will get expert-level takes on some topics and proper amateur hour on others — and when it is the latter, I will try to call that out.
My areas of expertise and my areas of interest share a Venn diagram about the size of a postage stamp. That is not a bug.

The overlap is real. It is just postage-stamp sized — which means the blog is not always a credential flex, and that is on purpose.
